The Finnish company Arealtec was founded in 1994 by Kari Kumpulainen and Jarkko Turunen as a specialist and system integrator for BMS i.e. building automation systems in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology. The previous automation system that Arelatec used for a decade started to lack on competitiveness and the features couldn’t be further developed to serve the needs of the growing markets.
The founders of Arealtec started with Deos in year 2012 when the successful co-operation between the two companies started. Later Arelatec was taken over by Assemblin and in 2021 the company was bought by Bravida Finland Oy. Today Bravida Finland manages the DEOS parters network in the Finnish market.
Bravida – Technical partner for buildings and facilities
Bravida is one of the Nordic region‘s leading provider of end-to-end solutions for service and installation of electricity, plumbing, ventilation and other technical functions in buildings and facilities.
Bravida originates from former BPA, a Swedish building and installation company with roots from the 1920‘s.
